Fee: At least 2 cans of canned food per person
UoK will be participating in the 22nd Annual Kona Thanksgiving Interfaith Choir Concert, which will be Monday, November 24th at 6:00pm at the Lutheran Church of the Holy Trinity on Lako Street (entry fee: 2 cans of food for Hawai'i Island Food Basket). We hope to see many of you in the audience! It will a fun evening!
The concert will include 7 or 8 groups from congregations all around the Kona area, and each participating choir will sing two numbers. Our choir looks forward all year to representing Unity of Kona! And we have found that the other choirs, and the audience as well, really look forward to hearing the UoK Choir's songs! After the concert there will be a pupu potluck, and that's always an opportunity for choir members and attendees to meet and greet!.
Our choir has been rehearsing regularly, and will sing both of our performance numbers for you at the regular November 23rd UoK Sunday service. This year, we'll be singing I Am One With the Heart of the Mother, and One Big Family.UoK Interfaith Choir Remaining Schedule:
